Indeed, we just got back from a wonderful trip to the Atlantic coast of France. This was my 5th cycling trip to Europe and it was great. Before that I cycled in Austria and Belgium with family. This time I went with my close friends (a couple and 18 years old son) and we all seemed to like this one very much. Each tour offers something memorable, but in any trip to France of course, the food has to be a highlight. In addition, I definitely enjoyed the variety of different terrain, from beaches on the beautiful islands Re and D’oleron, to vineyards and chateaux of Medoc and nearby areas. The oyster farms, the beer, and white wine, make this trip unforgettable. And cycling works up appetite quite well, so there are no regrets in consuming this wonderful food and drinks.
The luggage assistance was always prompt and also quite appreciated.
All said, it was great trip and I am looking forward to continue next year from Bordeaux south to Biarritz and Spanish border.
