During this nautical rally, you’ll set off on an astonishing journey to discover the most beautiful spots on the Bassin d’Arcachon. The Cap Ferret peninsula, with its typical villages and superb, discreet villas, the Ile aux Oiseaux and its emblematic cabane tchanquées (cabins on stilts), or the imposing and no less surprising Dune du Pyla.

Accompanied by your skipper, you’ll have to work as a team to answer the questions posed and complete the various challenges, using your knowledge and sense of observation. The aim is to invite you to take a different look at the environment, and to learn about the history of the Bay of Arcachon through its natural, cultural and gastronomic riches. Program: Chart reading and azimuth plotting, manual calculation of boat speed, knot making, blind wine tasting, etc.

To help you on this adventure, you’ll be given a trunk loaded with various items of equipment and good bottles. Now you’re on the right track!

During this “cruise”, we’ll stop off in an authentic fishing village for an oyster tasting at an oyster farmer’s “feet in the water”, and depending on the terms allocated, the boats will “beacher” on the Banc d’Arguin, a sandbank facing the Dune du Pyla and Cap Ferret.

To complete this incentive seminar in Arcachon, we suggest you opt for lunch on board. A “natural flavors” lunch prepared by our Chef. A real moment of conviviality: the boats pair up sheltered from the wind… not to be missed.
